2018 Spring Initiate
Ivanna Nicole Adams is a senior from Clinton, Mississippi. She pursuing a major in Neuroscience and minors in Psychology and Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship on the pre-medicine track with the hope of starting an OB/GYN clinic in a health care provider shortage area (HPSA) and researching the causation of the rise of maternal mortality rate. On Tulane University's campus, she is a member of Tulane Emergency Medical Services and serves on several committees within that organization. She is a Community Service Fellow, Service Learning Assistant, and Logistics chair of Outreach Tulane 2018. She works with Tulane's Housing and Residence Life as an Resident Advisor. She also serves as a Research Assistant for Tulane's BANGL lab, studying infant neurodevelopment.
