Alecia Hodges is a rising Senior from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is double majoring in English and Political Science with a minor in Africana Studies on the pre-law track. Alecia serves as the chair of our Membership and Sisterly Relations committees. She also serves on the fundraising and bylaws committees. On-campus, she is a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honors Society, a staff writer for Tulane’s Crescent magazine, a member of Newcomb’s Women in Pre-Law club, and co-founding Vice-President of Tulane’s Black Pre-Law Society. Her hobbies include writing, cooking, listening to music, and reading. She currently works as a part-time file clerk at a law firm in downtown New Orleans. In the future, she plans to attend law school and practice as an attorney.
